Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Business Office Manager for Stratford Commons Memory Care Community. This role is responsible for the overall management of business office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standard guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the administrator. The Business Office Manager will coordinate with the Central Billing Office on managing insurance payments, including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care. They will also manage refunds for accounts receivable and maintain appropriate logs and reports, such as resident funds, census records, and case accounts.
