About The Position

Analyze Human Performance programs, processes, and workforce data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Support key Human performance initiatives across people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, culture activation, and organizational effectiveness. Conduct research, gather feedback, and engage with stakeholders to understand Human performance needs. Develop clear, data-informed recommendations and deliver tools, frameworks, or solutions that enhance Human performance impact. Assist with planning and executing high-priority Human performance projects. Bring fresh thinking, curiosity, and a user-centric mindset to redesign processes and explore new approaches to talent and organizational development. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Experience working on a team within a professional environment
  • Experience with program support, campus leadership, or research
  • Ability to learn how to confidently engage with core technology concepts shaping business
  • Ability to bring creative, analytical, and systems-thinking perspectives
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology by May 2029
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Microsoft Office or AI tools such as MS Copilot
  • Experience as a support contractor, government staff, or industry staff
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their relevance to critical missions
  • Ability to apply technical skills to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions
