Our client, located near Canaan, NY, is seeking a Business Office Assistant to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to contribute to the daily financial operations of a mission-driven organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Business Office Assistant will provide support in multiple areas including bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, excellent computer skills (especially in QuickBooks and Google Suite), and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
