About The Position

In this position, you will support the preparation and delivery of recurring materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, establish and maintain standardized templates, best practices, and filing expectations, manage global SharePoint to centralize key information and increase transparency, manage governance calendars, lookaheads, and pre-reviews to anticipate risks, elevate critical issues, and ensure leadership is prepared for decisions, and serve as a central point of coordination with regional business offices to align deliverables, timing, and quality standards. You will also track key business drivers and performance indicators, elevating gaps to plan and supporting follow-up actions with identified DRIs. Additionally, you will support one-off strategic initiatives and special projects for the Ford Blue President and leadership team, particularly those requiring cross-functional alignment, support the annual objectives and KPI setting process for Ford Blue/Model e/FSCD/Lincoln (aligned with corporate objectives), cascading to the leadership team and applicable cross-functional teams, and complete ad hoc and special projects in alignment with CEO and/or ELT strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations, finance, or similar analytical/support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience preparing complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of recurring materials for Executive Leadership and the Board (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews, CEO communications).
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency by establishing standardized templates, managing governance calendars, and overseeing pre-review processes.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across global and regional teams, aligning on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage SharePoint and tracking tools to centralize information, monitor key business drivers, and proactively identify and escalate risks or gaps.
