This role is within the Experience Platforms Analytics (XPA) team and serves the broader Enterprise Consumer Products organization. You will have the opportunity to lead analysis focused on optimizing our customer relationships by leveraging data to influence and measure how customers find information and navigate through digital experiences. You would be responsible for analytical recommendations for driving and optimizing EASE Information Architecture (IA) and navigation outcomes to maximize customer and business value through digital channels.
