About The Position

The Business Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the financial performance, operational excellence, and growth of the Surgical and Invasive Cardiology service lines. This role partners closely with clinical and physician leaders to optimize access, throughput, quality, safety, patient experience, and margin, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and corporate requirements. The Business Manager leads budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, revenue cycle optimization, productivity management, and analytics-driven decision-making across both service lines.
