The Director of Contracts and Grant Management leads the day-to-day operations of the Division’s contracts and grant function. This position is responsible for ensuring contracts, amendments, agreements, and grant activities are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time across multiple funding streams. The role oversees operational workflows, supervises professional staff, develops standardized processes, resolves operational issues, and works closely with program, finance, and compliance teams to support effective management of public funds and services. This position plays a key role in strengthening operational consistency, accountability, and coordination across the Division.
