About The Position

The Business Management Associate supports the Comfort Partners Program team through structured and supervised assignments and appropriate training. The role coordinates with internal teams, utilities, contractors, vendors, and program partners to ensure timely, accurate reporting and resolution of data issues. The position is hybrid, with at least three onsite days per week. At this time, only current PSEG employees are being considered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Data management experience.
• Experience with Teams and SAP.
• Experience in process documentation.
• Analytical aptitude.
• Compliance with the Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR 810 is required; where applicable, the successful applicant must meet one of the specified U.S. citizenship, permanent-residency, generally authorized destination, or protected-individual criteria.

Responsibilities

• Support the Comfort Partners Program team through analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Learn monthly reporting requirements, including savings and forecasting.
• Conduct monthly reviews of savings reports to ensure accuracy.
• Support joint utility partners with ad hoc data requests.
• Coordinate monthly accrual reporting by gathering monthly data from contractors.
