About The Position

The US Wealth Operations Business Management Analyst supports the efficient administration and strategic execution of US Wealth Sales, Product, and Marketing operations. Reporting to the US Wealth Business Manager and working closely with the US Wealth COO and Head of US Wealth, this role manages business administration tasks and translates strategy into actionable plans while managing cross-functional initiatives across US Wealth and NAMI business teams.

Requirements

  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership
  • Conduct industry research to inform projects and strategic design
  • Collaborate across US Wealth functions to produce and maintain comprehensive business plans
  • Support sales forecasting processes in partnership with the Business Manager
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks for strategic initiatives
  • Ensure business heads receive timely sales and activity reports
  • Track and report on key performance metrics across US Wealth operations
  • Explore Insights & Vision: Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
  • Making Strategic Decisions: Evaluate all the options for resolving the problems and effectively prioritize actions or recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Institute and administer best practices for US Wealth budget tracking, acting as a centralized point for all US Wealth teams expense management support
  • Process invoices for key vendor relationships, sponsorships, and industry conference events
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of US Wealth vendor relationships and contracts
  • Maintain current US Wealth organizational charts
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the sales commissions process to support operational oversight
