About The Position

Chick-fil-A Orange is seeking ambitious and driven individuals for its B.U.I.L.D. (Business Understanding, Innovation, & Leadership Development) Program. This is an elite entrepreneurial development program designed to prepare high-potential leaders for business ownership and senior leadership, operating like a mini-MBA within a high-performing Chick-fil-A restaurant. Participants will gain real-world, hands-on experience and direct exposure to business strategy, operations, and leadership at a high level, working alongside experienced Operators and leaders. The program focuses on developing skills needed to lead teams, drive results, and build something of one's own.

Requirements

2 years of Leadership experience
Strong desire for growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship
Proven ability to take initiative and drive results
Passion for developing others and working in a team environment
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
Hospitality experience

Leading and executing high-impact business initiatives that directly influence restaurant performance
Developing leadership skills by building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
