We are looking for an ambitious and growth -minded leader to join our team through the L.E.A.D. Program at Chick -fil -A Bastrop. This 2.5 – 3 year leadership accelerator is designed to prepare high -capacity leaders for future opportunities as a Chick -fil -A Leadership Development Program participant, business operator, or senior organizational leader. Participants rotate through multiple phases of leadership in hospitality, culinary, financial stewardship, and talent development while helping lead real business results inside the restaurant. The internal description positions this as a structured, multi -phase development path with direct exposure to operations, finance, and people leadership.

Requirements

  • Aspiring Chick -fil -A Owner/Operator, corporate staff member, or restaurant leader
  • A growth -driven leader seeking real leadership responsibility
  • Passion for developing and coaching others
  • Willingness to both lead and serve within the business
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Coachability and a desire for continuous growth
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and time management skills
  • Open availability required, including mornings, evenings, and Saturday rotation
  • Available to work 40 hours/week with a mix of operational support and administrative time
  • and a clear pathway to increased responsibility and compensation through the program phases.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and learning within Hospitality operations as a Team Leader
  • Leading and learning within Culinary operations as a Team Leader
  • Contributing to restaurant financial stewardship in a Director of Stewardship phase
  • Supporting employer brand and team development in a Director of Talent phase
  • Taking ownership of measurable business results
  • Coaching and developing Team Members and leaders
  • Helping strengthen the restaurant through operational excellence, leadership growth, and intentional development
