About The Position

The B.U.I.L.D. (Business Understanding, Innovation, & Leadership Development) Program at Chick-fil-A is an elite entrepreneurial development program designed to prepare high-potential leaders for business ownership and senior leadership. It operates like a mini-MBA within a high-performing Chick-fil-A restaurant, offering participants the chance to learn business fundamentals while gaining real-world, hands-on experience. This opportunity provides direct exposure to business strategy, operations, and leadership at a high level. Participants will work alongside experienced Operators and leaders, take ownership of real business initiatives, and develop the skills needed to lead teams, drive results, and build something of their own.

Requirements

2 years of Leadership experience
Strong desire for growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship
Proven ability to take initiative and drive results
Passion for developing others and working in a team environment

Bachelor's Degree
