As a Business Lead within Rockwell Automation's Lifecycle Services organization, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals in an assigned territory. You will collaborate with Authorized Distributors and the Rockwell Automation Market Access team on strategy, planning, and business performance. This includes jointly developing annual business plans with Distributors to meet sales targets and drive accountability, with a focus on Rockwell's strategic growth plans. You will also work cross-functionally to develop strategies that enhance customer and partner satisfaction, extend product life cycles, and maximize revenue. A key part of your role will be assessing the portfolio knowledge and selling competency of distributor staff and implementing plans to address any gaps. You will build relationships with key management at distributors and partner network companies to positively influence business outcomes. This role reports to the Lifecycle Services Sales Manager in Canada and is a remote position.
