About The Position
Seeking an experienced BI/Tableau Administrator to manage and support business-critical reporting and analytics platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Tableau Cloud administration and enterprise reporting experience.
- Strong SQL and Azure SQL Database experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with dashboards, environment management, troubleshooting, and SDLC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to drive work from requirements through implementation.

Responsibilities
- Administer Tableau Cloud sites, users, groups, projects, permissions, and security across Dev/Test/Prod.
- Monitor platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
- Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, reporting, and user-access issues.
- Support Azure SQL Database, SQL/SOQL queries, data validation, and performance optimization.
- Monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and troubleshoot data-load/data-quality issues.
- Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, development, integration, and architecture teams on incidents and deployments.
- Provide user support, documentation, training, and guidance to team members.
