Business Intelligence Supervisor
About The Position
COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Business Intelligence Supervisor to lead a highly collaborative team of business intelligence analysts and report developers. This role focuses on creating business value through business intelligence solutions and overseeing the implementation and execution of departmental policies and procedures to manage the organization's business intelligence needs. The supervisor will support the delivery of reporting and analytical solutions that provide data-driven insights into business performance, issues, and initiatives, and will be responsible for selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements
- Typically requires 6+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Responsibilities
- Leads a highly collaborative team of business intelligence analysts and report developers focused on creating business value through business intelligence solutions.
- Oversees and evaluates the implementation and execution of departmental policies, practices and procedures in order to better manage the business intelligence needs of the organization.
- Support delivery of reporting and analytical solutions that provide data-driven insight into business performance, issues, and initiatives.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Collaborates with various business areas to assess and prioritize business intelligence needs.
- Works with business intelligence and research analysts as well as analytics and IT teams, to develop solutions for process owners.
- Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures related to providing business intelligence solutions.
- Evaluates results to determine if objectives are met.
- Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas.
- Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
