Chewy Pharmacy Operations relies on timely, trusted data to deliver safe, efficient, and world-class customer experiences across Vet Services and Rx Fulfillment teams. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the analytics strategy, delivery roadmap, and team execution that help Pharmacy Operations leaders and operators understand performance, improve processes, and make better decisions each day. In this role, you will partner directly with Operations, Operations Support, Technology, and other stakeholders to understand business problems, operational processes, and decision-making needs. You will lead a team of BI Engineers and Analysts to build scalable, governed data and analytics solutions that support daily business and operations decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to set direction, lead projects, mentor and develop Team Members, improve team mechanisms, and still contribute directly to solution design, technical execution, and deep-dive analysis. Approximately 40% of this role will focus on hands-on execution, with the remainder on strategic ownership, people leadership, stakeholder partnerships, and delivery management.
