About The Position

The Business Intelligence and Business Systems Analyst develops and supports the data, reporting, and business-system capabilities used to manage Medical Device Services (MDS). The role combines business intelligence, data modeling, data-quality management, and day-to-day business administration of CRM and related operational systems. The position builds Power BI models and reports that integrate CRM and eLIMS data to present financial, project, and operational information. It also supports CRM configuration, testing, user administration, documentation, and data integrity under the governance and priorities established by Business Operations leadership. The role offloads technical reporting and systems work from Business Operations leadership while maintaining a clear separation between business governance and day-to-day administration.

  • Work with IT, database, and system resources to understand source data, access requirements, refresh processes, and integration constraints.
  • Test and validate data pipelines and reporting outputs following system or model changes.
  • Perform day-to-day CRM administration within established MDS governance, including user setup and permissions, fields, views, workflows, and configuration support.
  • Support account hierarchy, leads, opportunities, ownership, classification, and project-linkage requirements in the CRM.
  • Coordinate testing, release readiness, issue tracking, and user acceptance for approved enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, configuration records, and change logs.
  • Support alignment among CRM, eLIMS, reporting, SharePoint, and other business tools.
  • Monitor data completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, duplication, and conformance with MDS standards.
