Intelligence Analyst (Remote)
About The Position
The Falcon Intel Recon Analyst supports cyber threat customers and helps them realize the full value of CrowdStrike’s Intelligence product, contributing to customer success and renewals. Analysts work with multiple customers to manage their Falcon Intel Recon module. The role serves as a cyber intelligence interface between Falcon Intelligence Recon customers and CrowdStrike’s wider intelligence team, enabling effective use of cyber threat intelligence through the application. The position suits someone with working knowledge of dark web and threat intelligence, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently. The analyst addresses needs across organizational levels, from C-suite executives to security analysts, and supports customers in a fast-paced environment. Travel is minimal to light, stated as 25%.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections; familiarity with the intelligence lifecycle.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and analysis.
- Basic understanding of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Customer-service attitude and willingness to help customers and solve problems.
- Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Ability to present and explain technology to people with less technical knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress startup environment and create customer solutions with limited resources.
- Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically email, networking, and enterprise security.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to use AI tools and familiarity with application programming interfaces (APIs) as a delivery method for indicators and intelligence.
- Curiosity about how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can enhance dark web analysis, intelligence analysis, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain ownership of multiple customer relationships.
- Triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the appropriate customers.
- Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and provide subject matter expertise.
- Represent customer needs to the Intelligence and Engineering teams, conveying feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction to help improve the product.
- Support effective use of cyber threat intelligence between customers and the Falcon Intel Recon application.
