About The Position

Arconic is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Kawneer Business in Alpharetta, Georgia. The analyst designs, develops, and continuously improves analytics, visualization, and AI-assisted intelligence solutions that support decision-making across Kawneer. The role helps shape the future of business intelligence as the organization moves beyond traditional reporting toward interactive analytics, modern visualization, self-service intelligence, AI-assisted insight generation, and emerging Microsoft data platforms. Working with business and technology teams, the analyst develops solutions that improve data accessibility, the presentation and consumption of information, and operational and business decision-making. The position supports the evolution of analytics capabilities using technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, and Copilot-enabled analytics.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or 5 years of experience.
Experience designing and delivering business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions.
Strong experience with Power BI and modern data visualization practices.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, cloud analytics platforms, or similar technologies.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted analytics, Copilot capabilities, analytical automation, or emerging intelligence technologies.
Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic models, KPI development, reporting architecture, and visualization best practices.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling skills.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern analytics, visualization, and AI capabilities, with a desire to continuously improve how business information is delivered and consumed.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain analytics, intelligence, and visualization solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Create dashboards, KPIs, semantic models, and analytical experiences that improve how business information is consumed and understood.
Leverage AI-assisted analytics, self-service capabilities, and modern Microsoft technologies to improve insight generation and analytical productivity.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business questions into meaningful analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Improve the accessibility, consistency, quality, and trustworthiness of enterprise data and intelligence assets.
Support and enhance Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related analytics platforms.
Evaluate emerging analytics, visualization, and AI capabilities and apply them where they provide measurable business value.
