This role focuses on translating complex position lifecycle events (creation, elimination, modification, replacement, overlap, etc.) into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards for analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with messy, event-driven data from multiple source systems and partnering with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders.
