The analyst will use modern analytics and AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting while validating outputs before they reach decision-makers. The position reports to the VP of Information Technology and works day-to-day with Commercial leadership. It is based in Broomfield, Colorado, with a hybrid work arrangement, 5% travel, and a base compensation range of $95,000–$125,000 plus a 10% annual bonus target based on EBITDA. Success expectations include learning the data, categories, and customers and validating core performance reporting within 90 days; launching demand-signal analysis for major categories within six months; and flagging demand shifts ahead of forecasts, materially reducing manual reporting, and supporting customer and inventory decisions with trusted analysis within 12 months.
