Requirements

High school diploma or post-secondary education in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
SQL

Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related analytics technologies
Participating in and contributing to work planning (like breaking work into stories and scheduling stories into sprints) and technical planning conversations, like data model design and implementation
Supporting quality assurance by participating in peer reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities
Cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, and performing data analysis using BI tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns
Working with customers to elicit reporting requirements, to design and build reports based on those requirements, and to iterate with the customer as needed
Working with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop BI solutions that meet those needs
Providing end-user support for internal and external customers, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems related to BI tools and systems
Ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent, and that data governance policies and procedures are followed
Having a growth mindset, keeping current with changing technologies and techniques, and continuously improving BI systems and processes
