Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Use advanced modeling and data analytics techniques, including predictive analytics to identify trends and patterns in our data.
  • Build and manage data analytics products (reports, dashboards, etc.) to monitor business performance and create actionable insights and recommendations that will help make more effective decisions.
  • Alert decision-makers to changes in business performance, investigate, and attempt to explain these changes quantitatively.
  • Build and implement predictive models to forecast customer lifetime value (LTV), optimize marketing spend, and support budget planning processes.
  • Work with the data engineering team to prioritize data needs, identify data quality issues, assist in data modeling, and monitoring.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts, fostering their growth in technical skills, analytics capabilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Regularly interact with senior management and/or executive level leaders.
