About The Position

The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the design, development and delivery of dashboards and reports. This role enables the use of actionable data to support key strategic and operational priorities. They are tasked with standards enforcement and collaboration across the business to drive consistent, high-quality analysis. They will serve as the company’s lead data expert and must be a collaborative problem-solver, aligning output to business priorities. To be successful, this individual must be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization to create timely and effective dashboards, visualizations, reports and business tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of proven data analytics and business intelligence experience
• Strong command of best practices for data modelling, data transformations and data quality frameworks to support scalable enterprise grade data products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards and datasets
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data visualizations
• Build and optimize data models
• Integrate data from multiple sources
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent data definitions
• Act as an escalation point for complex BI and data modelling issues
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools
• Foster the democratization of data and the development of data usability across the organization
