About The Position
Join Our Team as a Business Immigration Attorney at Axiom. We are seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to support our client, a F500 tech company. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice to employees across organizations and levels on complex U.S. business immigration matters. You will contribute to high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, providing practical legal guidance, supporting immigration filings, and helping ensure compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business immigration experience at a law firm, including high-volume work for technology clients and experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1 processes.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. business immigration law and compliance matters, including I-9 and E-Verify, with proven legal research and advisory capabilities.
- Excellent communication, technology, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
- Juris Doctor or international equivalent degree and an active license to practice law in a jurisdiction, with the ability to meet applicable admission requirements.

Responsibilities
- Providing high-volume, strategic legal advice to visa-dependent employees and business groups on case-specific and complex U.S. immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify.
- Overseeing the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications.
- Supporting legal compliance in connection with immigration petitions and applications.
- Advising on a full suite of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1 categories.
- Conducting legal research related to immigration law and summarizing findings in complete and concise legal memoranda.
