•$115,000 - $190,000•Remote

About The Position

Manifest Law is an AI-native corporate immigration firm that combines the scale of a larger firm with boutique-quality client service. Its technology, Manifest OS, handles operational work so attorneys can focus on legal strategy, judgment, and client relationships. The firm describes its practice as remote by design and offers attorneys case ownership, autonomy, and opportunities to help shape the firm and its technology. The Business Immigration Associate guides clients through employment-based immigration matters and owns cases from handoff through final submission. The role may cover a range of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters or focus on a specialty, including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification. Clients may range from funded startups to large enterprises. The associate advises clients on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance; manages client relationships, employer accounts, HR contacts, and deadlines; and works with paralegals on document collection, organization, and filing logistics. The role also includes strategic consultation with prospective clients, assessing case viability and setting clear expectations. Attorneys use Manifest's AI tools to support the quality and efficiency of their work. This is a remote role open to candidates in the United States. Candidates outside the United States may apply, with compensation assessed according to regional models. The stated good-faith base salary range is $115,000–$190,000 USD; actual compensation depends on factors including location, experience, education, skills, and role scope, and may not include bonus, equity, or other compensation.
