Immigration Associate Attorney – Business Immigration
About The Position
An established AM Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney to handle employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients. The attorney will manage immigration cases independently, from initial consultation through completion; prepare and file employment-based petitions; advise employers on immigration compliance and I-9 requirements; draft legal documents; conduct research; and represent clients before USCIS. The position is full-time and located in Miami, Florida. Applicants must submit a résumé, cover letter, academic transcript, and writing sample.
Requirements
- Experience in employment-based immigration and labor/employment matters.
- Strong legal writing, research, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, and employment-based green card petitions.
- Advise employers on immigration compliance and I-9 requirements.
- Manage immigration cases independently from initial consultation through completion.
- Draft legal documents and conduct research.
- Represent clients before USCIS.
