The Business Graduate Programs Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the department office, maintains data and records, and provides information to students concerning all Lucas Graduate School of Business Programs, including degree requirements and coordinates projects. They are responsible for the coordination of the MS Accounting & Analytics (MSAA), MS in Transportation Management (MSTM), Open University programs and all advanced certificates. This includes student-facing responsibilities, such as monitoring student enrollment, course registration, academic standing, degree candidacy, curriculum requirements, and students' continued eligibility to progress in the graduate degree programs. The role involves regular interaction with faculty, Graduate Studies and Research, Registrar, Financial Aid, ISSS, Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations, and Career Services to ensure timely and accurate program administration and student support. The analyst also coordinates course scheduling and room assignments for regular (MSAA) and PACE program (Tax Certificate, MSTM) programs, and reconciles faculty course assignments with Special Session salary compensation. Additionally, they support student/alumni surveys for program satisfaction and rankings-related data collection, collect, analyze, and report on student enrollment and program evaluation data, compile enrollment projections, and recommend improvements. The position also involves generating program-related materials for website updates, establishing and maintaining communication systems for college and university requirements, policies, and procedures to support student success, and performing back-up duties for website changes, social media communications, and procurement processes.
