Provides professional-level coordination for Civil & Environmental Engineering academic and graduate programs, with primary responsibility for complex student-facing program processes, graduate recruitment and conference activities, student employment coordination, program documentation, and academic/research reporting. Coordinates and monitors graduate program applications and inquiries; supports graduate students and faculty through program processes and deadlines; coordinates graduate student assistantship, fellowship, grant, and scholarship placements; compiles information for strategic planning, program assessment, and ABET accreditation; and coordinates program-related events and communications. Serves as a liaison with campus offices to facilitate academic program processes and resolves routine issues independently, escalating matters requiring policy or leadership decisions.
