About The Position

Our award-winning graduate programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets. As a graduate, you will join the Data and Analytics Division. The division is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important. Our Data & Analytics is one of the world’s largest providers of financial data and infrastructure. With over 40,000 customers and 400,000 end users, spanning over approximately 190 markets, Data & Analytics partners with the global financial community supplying extensive, quality data, news, information and analytics that inform investment decisions. We are the #1 supplier of real-time market data to the global financial and investor community, carrying up to 176 billion market messages, from over 150,000 data sources every day. This dynamic business offers graduates opportunities in London to join Data and Analytics and be aligned to Analytics or Data and Feeds. To allow us to place you in the right area we will get to know your skills and interest and how they align with the needs of the business. To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before summer 2027. Our graduates join us on a permanent basis, and from day one you will be aligned to Data and Analytics, which will allow you to develop within a secure framework.

Requirements

Genuine curiosity for Data, who want to understand the full breadth of our organisation, how it fits together, how it functions – and are interested in playing a part of our development, as it grows and diversifies.
Demonstrable interest in financial markets, which you’ve built through your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
A curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
Customer centric and product led mindset
Individuals who are able to connect the dots and think strategically.
Demonstrate focus, resilience and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
People who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process.
Have the rights to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and join us on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Progress through a 12-month development journey aiming to build foundational skills that are key for your future success
Build your foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets and the business during your global induction
Divisional-led inductions to immerse graduates into the business through team-led overviews and introductions
Participate in group projects which are aligned to LSEG goals
Meet in person with your cohort at ‘Ignite’, the programme mid-point skills offsite.
Explore key knowledge areas and skills
Access opportunities to earn industry recognized qualifications, including 5 study days during programme
Connect with global early careers community and opportunities and contribute to wider society via CSR initiatives and volunteering opportunities
