As the Business Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to our Electrification Distribution Solutions plant in Mebane, NC. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business. This is an on-site position based in Mebane, NC. This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division in Mebane, North Carolina. Main stakeholders are Finance manager and operation value chain. You will be mainly accountable for: Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, and accordingly proposing improvement actions. Executing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB; and working with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance of the organization and identify trends. Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and the overall impact to the business unit. Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the relevant organization. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or relevant STEM field required.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing industry with a strong preference for electrical manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft office, Power BI, and SAP, specifically the FI, CO, MM, PS modules, specifically pertaining to manufacturing processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong documentation skills with ability to create clear process flows, training materials, and technical specifications.
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
