About The Position

Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives. Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives. Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives. Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities
