About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned Business Execution Consultant / Analyst / Project Manager to rapidly engage in a key role. This position requires direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology systems changes concurrently through a change delivery / program structure. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and a willingness to ask deep probing questions in a highly technical environment are essential. The ideal candidate must possess a date-driven focus and be comfortable proactively identifying and raising potential risks to delivery in a very fast-paced organization. Experience in preparing content for inclusion in executive presentations is needed. Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Microsoft PPT, SharePoint, and Excel is required. Experience with development and execution of technology-focused testing, including testing progress reporting, script execution, and defect remediation, is also necessary. A working knowledge of JIRA and Octane is beneficial.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables with moderate complexity
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into execution plans
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across assigned initiatives
• Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Oversee and track multiple technology systems changes concurrently through a change delivery / program structure
• Develop and execute technology-focused testing, including testing progress reporting, script execution, and defect remediation
• Prepare content for inclusion in executive presentations
