About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Business Execution Administrator for a 12+ month contract opportunity with a global financial institution in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports Business Execution by performing complex administrative tasks, providing feedback on processes and tools, and responding to escalated questions. The administrator will interact with a wide range of client personnel to support, improve, and implement business processes. The role is hybrid.

Requirements

At least 4 years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
Mortgage servicing experience.
Working knowledge of MSP.

Nice To Haves

Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending.
Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability.
Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives.
Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills.
Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors.
Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills.
Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives.
Proficiency in Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and Skype.
Attention to detail, adaptability, sound judgment, and capacity to manage priorities.
