The Business Engagement Manager drives new logo acquisition for Ryder's Fleet Management Services (FMS) contractual sales products — Choicelease and SelectCare. You'll own a defined territory on the east side of Detroit, deploying a go-to-market strategy anchored in Salesforce that blends digital outreach, tele-prospecting, and strategic in-person engagement to build and close a consistent pipeline. This is a hunter role. Your focus is new business, and your success is measured by it. This position is based at a Ryder location and is not remote.
