Business Enablement Analyst

Rimini Street•Varies, CA

About The Position

Rimini Street is seeking a Contract Business Enablement Analyst to serve as the primary business liaison among Sales, Marketing, Client Engagement, IT, and the Salesforce implementation partner during the Salesforce Modernization Program. The role ensures business requirements, process decisions, user adoption needs, training requirements, and organizational impacts are understood, documented, communicated, and incorporated into the implementation. The analyst supports business process analysis and redesign, requirements gathering and validation, change management, training and adoption, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness. They work with business leaders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and vendors to ensure Salesforce solutions reflect business objectives and operational realities, and help support cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live adoption.
