About The Position
The Times-Picayune is seeking a Business Editor to join its award-winning New Orleans newsroom. The editor will manage the growing business desk and oversee coverage of economic development and major industries, including oil and gas, hospitality, and manufacturing. This role will cover a state experiencing an investment boom and developing business leadership while facing challenges in job creation, income growth, and attracting residents. The editor will collaborate closely with reporters and editors in sister newsrooms across Louisiana and grow the reach of business coverage across platforms.
