Business Development provides strategic leadership and execution oversight for Oak Grove Technologies’ (OGT) federal growth initiatives, driving the identification, qualification, and capture of new business opportunities across the Department of Defense (DoD) and broader federal market. This role is responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that align with OGT’s Strategic Plan, expanding the company’s footprint within key mission areas, and building a robust, qualified pipeline to support sustained growth. As a key contributor to the growth organization, Business Development partners closely with executive leadership, operations, and program teams to shape opportunities, influence acquisition strategies, and position OGT for successful contract awards. This role serves as a trusted advisor in capture and proposal efforts, leveraging market intelligence, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to drive win strategies and maximize probability of success in a highly competitive, federally regulated environment.
