MedCure is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Support Specialist to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with healthcare organizations, medical device companies, and research institutions. This role is focused on proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident initiating conversations with prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with the Business Development team, this individual will support the sales process from initial outreach through customer engagement while collaborating with Laboratory, Quality, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, persistence, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, navigating gatekeepers, overcoming objections, and identifying customer needs. They are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment achieving outreach goals and driving new business growth are key priorities.
