About The Position

iMotions is seeking a student assistant to join their commercial team in Boston. This role involves acting as a product representative and the initial point of contact for new prospects in various research fields. The position offers direct experience with cutting-edge biometric and neuromarketing tools. Applicants should be comfortable with frequent communication with prospects and clients, and be willing to be a public face for the platform. Training will be provided, so specific professional experience is not required. Ideal candidates are enrolled in marketing, business, neuroscience, or psychology programs, but other fields are also welcome. The role requires approximately 15-20 working hours per week.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in professional English.
  • Currently enrolled in higher education.
  • Permission to work in the US.
  • A desire to work with clients in the fields of market research, neuromarketing, and consumer insights.
  • A desire to further your skills in sales, business development, AI, big data, & commercial strategy.
  • Must be able to commute to central Boston.
  • Some availability at 9am - 11am EST will be required to facilitate interviews with Denmark offices.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional experience in sales or business development is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for iMotions as a product representative.
  • Using LinkedIn, phone calls, email and other means to contact relevant prospects.
  • Attending relevant meetups and conferences for face to face meetings.
  • Using AI tools for strategic prospecting.
  • Contributing towards our overall business development and outreach strategy.
  • Maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce and other internal platforms.
  • Taking ownership of various ad hoc tasks and contributing towards cross-functional projects.
