Requirements

  • 5+ years in: HVAC/construction/home services
  • 5+ years in: Strategic sales
  • 5+ years in: Business development
  • 5+ years in: Commercial relationship management
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Experience building long-term partnerships
  • CRM and pipeline management experience

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC industry experience
  • Proven results within the Inland NW
  • Background in construction, home services, or commercial relationship management
  • Knowledgeable in identifying or implementing AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Experience working alongside operations, marketing, and service departments to execute strategic plans.
  • Skills in managing sales forecasting for long-term profitability rather than just top-line volume.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan

Responsibilities

  • Direct and mentor the sales team to execute targeted outreach, developing new commercial and residential business opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop strategic growth plans across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance agreements.
  • Build strategic trust and account plans with contractors, builders, developers, property managers, and realtors to drive referral business.
  • Attend networking events and trade associations to expand community presence and discover new avenues for growth.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and follow-up activities to ensure sales pipeline accountability and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute innovative ideas regarding AI, automation, and customer experience initiatives.
