About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market research capabilities, and a passion for building relationships that fuel long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Implement recruiting strategy to increase sales and cultivate new advisors/agent relationships.
  • Manage your database and utilize multiple methods of contact and documentation in our system.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, Quantum products/services and competitive landscape.
  • Responsible for discussing Quantum products across all disciplines: accumulation, income, death benefits.
  • Document and follow up on sales leads.
  • Coordinate conference calls and webinars between our wholesalers and advisors.
