Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years in sales/client services with revenue accountability, CRM experience, proven conversion success required.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding conversion, membership, or revenue targets required.
  • Experience with CRM or practice management platforms (Zenoti, Mindbody, Salesforce, or equivalent) required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and the handling of health-related client information required.
  • Experience working in a wellness, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare-adjacent environment required.
  • Relationship building and networking across diverse audiences — clients, community partners, clinical providers, and corporate employers.
  • Consultative selling and needs-based communication; ability to frame MOOV's value in terms of client or partner goals.
  • Revenue accountability and quota ownership; self-monitors performance and course-corrects without waiting to be directed.
  • Lead pipeline management; tracks inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion stages with discipline and accuracy.
  • CRM proficiency and data governance; maintains complete, timely, and compliant records in health-adjacent platforms.
  • B2B and employer account development; engages HR and benefits decision-makers and manages ongoing account relationships.
  • Community outreach and partnership execution; builds and sustains a local referral and visibility presence.
  • Event planning and activation; designs, executes, and measures community events tied to lead generation outcomes.
  • Healthcare compliance awareness; handles client and clinical information with HIPAA-appropriate judgment and discretion.
  • Performance reporting and data analysis; translates conversion metrics, ROI, and trend data into actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration; coordinates effectively between front-of-house, clinical, and leadership teams.
  • Influencing without authority; moves initiatives forward through credibility and relationship capital, not formal reporting lines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and professional experience that demonstrates attainment of the required competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own defined monthly KPIs to support month-over-month 7%25 growth; report weekly attainment to Studio Manager.
  • Own lead-to-booking and booking-to-membership/package conversion performance.
  • Drive monthly front-of-house revenue contribution through consultative selling and service optimization.
  • Identify gaps in the client conversion funnel and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Confidently recommend services, packages, memberships, and add-ons aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor individual and studio-level sales performance and adjust approach to meet targets.
  • Partner with leadership to refine sales strategies, scripts, and promotional offerings.
  • Maintain deep understanding of MOOV services, programs, and value proposition.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and clinical teams.
  • Reduce client drop-off by proactively managing follow-up, re-engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Zenoti and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Coordinate daily service flow to minimize wait times and optimize client experience.
  • Own all inbound lead tracking, follow-up, and pipeline management processes.
  • Ensure all inquiries are responded to within established service level expectations (<24 hours).
  • Monitor lead sources, conversion trends, and drop-off points to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize inquiry-to-booking workflows and client communication strategies.
  • Maintain CRM/EHR accuracy and ensure no lost or unaddressed opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve conversion performance.
  • Own execution of local growth strategy through partnerships, events, and community outreach across MOOV's locations in the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and referral partners.
  • Plan and execute monthly events, workshops, and promotional activations.
  • Represent MOOV as a brand ambassador in the community.
  • Track and evaluate ROI of events, partnerships, and employer accounts based on lead generation and conversion outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and drive client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a physician and clinical referral network across the DFW area; develop relationships with orthopedic, sports medicine, primary care, and physical therapy providers to drive clinical referral volume.
  • Manage a defined monthly events and partnership budget; report ROI and recommend reallocations quarterly.
  • Partner with the Studio Manager – MOOV to execute studio-level growth strategies and achieve revenue targets across MOOV locations in the assigned region.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data, client behavior, and market trends.
  • Coordinate outreach, partnership, and pipeline activity across MOOV's Frisco and Farmers Branch locations to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate on staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Support implementation of promotions, campaigns, and new service offerings.
  • Act as a key partner in identifying operational gaps and executing improvement plans.
  • Enable the Studio Manager to focus on broader operational leadership by driving front-of-house performance.
