About The Position

The Marketing Development Liason for the Nevada (NV) territory serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its network of providers, ensuring strong relationships, efficient onboarding, accurate credentialing, and ongoing operational support. This role focuses on fostering provider engagement, addressing issues promptly, improving network performance, and supporting organizational goals related to access, compliance, and service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or healthcare marketing with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) strategies.
  • Familiarity with advertising sales processes and print advertising methods.
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise to develop persuasive messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contracted providers within the NV territory.
  • Conduct regular outreach, site visits, virtual check‑ins, and performance reviews.
  • Educate providers on policies, workflows, systems, and organizational updates.
  • Support new provider onboarding, documentation collection, and coordination with internal credentialing teams.
  • Ensure accurate completion of provider profiles and contracting requirements.
  • Monitor provider performance metrics including patient access, quality indicators, operational compliance, and service turnaround times.
  • Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally on solutions.
  • Track escalations and resolutions to ensure sustained provider satisfaction.
  • Identify gaps in the provider network and contribute to recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure coverage requirements for the NV region are met based on organizational goals.
  • Support contracting improvements and renegotiations as needed.
  • Provide ongoing education to providers regarding system usage, billing practices, workflows, and program updates.
  • Disseminate organization-wide communications and ensure provider understanding and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate provider information in CRM or internal systems.
  • Generate periodic reports related to provider performance, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
