Primarily responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals. This role involves answering incoming phone calls, logging customer information, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, re-scheduling no-shows, following up with sales or service departments, maintaining customer databases, contacting the customer base about marketing incentives, responding to website inquiries, and forwarding customer concerns to the appropriate manager. The position also requires maintaining CSI at or above company standards, maintaining an organized work area, participating in required training, and following all company policies and regulations.
