About The Position

Join ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by the Experts in Prosper, TX, as a Part-Time Business Development - Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted right hand to our CEO while developing experience across business development, sales, marketing, customer relationships, and company growth. A key responsibility of this position will be helping us generate qualified sales opportunities, develop new business, expand existing customer relationships, and contribute measurably to revenue growth. For the right person, this role is designed to grow from a part-time coordinator position into a full-time role with increasing responsibility and, ultimately, the opportunity to develop into a Business Development, Sales & Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and telephone communication.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area for business development activities.
Ability to work primarily in person.
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend activities when business needs require.
Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, sales, communications, or related business field
Candidates currently completing a relevant bachelor's degree or with an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related area is preferred; strong entry level candidates with demonstrated potential are encouraged to apply.
Strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn CRM, sales, marketing, proposal, and productivity platforms.
Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, social media, prospecting platforms, or sales technology is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential commercial customers.
Generate qualified leads and help schedule sales appointments.
Research prospective accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to support prospecting and lead generation.
Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, networking events, marketing drop-offs, and other business development activities.
Follow up with prospects, proposals, and opportunities throughout the sales process.
Help develop new recurring commercial cleaning accounts and specialty service opportunities.
Contribute directly to the company’s business development and revenue growth objectives.
Help manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, including prospect, lead, and customer information.
Maintain organized sales pipelines and consistent follow-up activity.
Track appointments, proposals, sales opportunities, and next steps.
Help maintain an effective HubSpot → Proposify sales workflow.
Monitor PlanHub and other sources for relevant commercial and construction bidding opportunities.
Help ensure important opportunities and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.
Support company marketing initiatives, ServiceMaster SoCi, social media, and Google Business Profile.
Help strengthen our online reputation and increase positive customer reviews.
Assist with marketing campaigns and materials that support lead generation and sales.
Maintain professional and consistent ServiceMaster branding.
Help strengthen existing customer relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities for additional and specialty cleaning services.
Work directly with the CEO on sales, business development, marketing, and growth initiatives.
Assist with scheduling, meetings, communications, priorities, and follow-up.
Help coordinate proposals and important business development activities.
Provide organizational support that allows leadership to spend more time focused on strategic growth and customer relationships.
