About The Position

Bolton & Menk is seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing Group in the Southeast. This role focuses on supporting the company's growing presence in the Southeast by collaborating with client service managers to develop and deliver client solutions. The coordinator will gain a deep understanding of internal staff capabilities to create compelling sales and marketing materials and work with client service managers on client and pursuit strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys collaboration, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field from an accredited College or University
5 or more years’ experience, preferably with a professional services organization
Demonstrated knowledge in marketing fundamentals
Strong skills in client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of client satisfaction
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Client Resource Management (CRM) software such as Deltek Vision
Must be detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, part-time basis or internship for any employer without restriction.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of the industry and markets the firm serves
Research and gather information on potential clients and projects
Assist with marketing plan development to meet firmwide goals
Assist with developing strategic initiatives for the firm
Coordinate and track business development opportunities via CRM
Maintain a strong understanding of clients, staff relationships, and client needs
Work with technical staff and proposal specialists to develop pursuit strategies and assist in developing content for proposals and statements of qualifications
Write content for resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and other necessary marketing and pursuit language
Coordinate with marketing and communications staff to identify external brand enhancement opportunities (conferences, presentations, article development, awards, social media content, etc.)
Coordinate with administrative staff for organization affiliations, memberships, and sponsorships
