Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, we are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As our new Business Development Representative, you will engage inbound and outbound prospects, qualify opportunities through thoughtful discovery, and connect prospective customers with the right Account Executive. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience from first engagement through to the sales process while helping build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in our downtown Toronto office. Our headquarters are located within minutes of St. Andrew and Union subway stations.
