About The Position

Lightspeed Restoration is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team based out of Bonne Terre, Missouri. This position is specifically for someone who already understands the property restoration industry and relationship-based business development. We are looking for a proven relationship builder who can step into the role with an established network, book of business, and existing referral relationships. Lightspeed Restoration is an established restoration company with an experienced operations team and the resources to support the business you bring in. We provide a company vehicle, established brand, marketing support, operational support, and a team capable of handling water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and other property restoration needs. We are not looking for an entry-level salesperson who needs to build a network from scratch. We are looking for someone already established in restoration business development who wants the opportunity to leverage their relationships with a company that can deliver for their referral partners.

Requirements

1-2+ years of proven business development experience in the restoration industry
An established book of business and professional network
Existing relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other industry partners
Demonstrated ability to generate restoration leads and develop long-term referral relationships
Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
