About The Position

UKG is seeking a high-impact Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth and fuel our sales engine. This is a mid-level role for professionals with proven outbound prospecting experience, strategic thinking, and boundless energy. You will be on the front lines of our revenue strategy, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects that fit our ideal customer profile. This role is not passive; we are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, takes full ownership of their KPIs, and consistently pushes the boundaries of what's possible in business development. At UKG, BDRs don't just make calls – they architect growth. You'll design territory strategies, leverage AI-powered insights, and partner closely with Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline. This role delivers real revenue impact and a clear path into Account Executive, Customer Success, or Sales Leadership. Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in outbound BDR or full-cycle sales roles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Track record of exceeding prospecting activity and conversion targets
  • Exceptional communication skills: clear, compelling, and tailored to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding activity and conversion targets.
  • Resilience, grit, and a strong bias for action.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to change.
